This colorful costume set includes a tulle headband, arm ruffles and dress to keep them warm, safe and stylish during trick-or-treating. DETAILS THAT MATTER Our costume is finished in garment-quality stitching and construction so it can be handed down to siblings and worn for years to come. Costume is made of yarn-dyed spandex with a sparkle foil print on top.

Reverses to an Aqua spandex jersey fabric on top backside of skirt lining. Costume is yarn-dyed - fibers are treated individually with environmentally safe dyes before weaving to offer vibrant, lasting colors. Appliques are made of Aqua sequins on front of skirt and iridescent sparkle foil on tulle arm ruffles.

Starfish is made from felt and organza with pearls. Stitched on detail features sequins and velvet ribbon. Features tulles embellishment on center front.
